structural possibilities

The first picture is my current design for the hostel/rental section of my overall proposal (in plan).
Erich advised me to focus on a tighter portion that I consider successful and think the structural capabilities of the component. Here is my first iteration. I brought in the circles again for stabilizing the model.

sea urchins at home

The fish market is selling sea urchins again. I put them in Atlantic Ocean water (from Brighton Beach) and watched tube feet emerge almost immediately once the creatures were fully covered under water.

How can it be that humans share over 7,000 genes with them? That number is greater than the amount we share with fruit flies and worms.
